The
Winery
We are a cooperative founded in 1950 and made up of 20 families. Our family vineyards total 4,000 hectares (10,000 acres). All our wines are in essence, estate bottled. We are not negociants and we make all of our wines with our own grapes.
We have more than 600 hectares (1,500 acres) of Tempranillo vines. Many of those vines are pre phylloxera, ingrafted vines over 60 years old. We are specialists at growing Tempranillo wines with generations of experience and tradition and using our amazing quality grapes.
Triple selection process – in the vineyard, in the winery and finally when creating the final blends.

Winemaking Philosophy
At Bodegas Campos Reales we value and preserve traditional methods: harvesting by hand, traditional pruning methods, native grape varieties and the crianza system of perfecting our wines in oak barriques.
